Photo Booth Service Agreement

This agreement is made and entered into on [today’s date] between Unique Measures Photo Booth (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and [Client’s Name] (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).

1. Services Provided

The Provider agrees to deliver photo booth services at the event specified by the Client on [Event Date]. Services include setup, optional operation, and breakdown of the photo booth equipment. The Provider will also supply props and backdrops suitable for the event, unless otherwise specified by the Client and per package selection.

2. Terms of Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Provider the total amount of [package cost] for the photo booth services before or at the time of setup. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date. Payment can be made via cash, PayPal, or Cash App, and must be in USD currency.

3. Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs less than 3 days before the event date, the Client is liable to pay the full amount for the contracted services.

4. Liability

The Provider is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by the operation of the photo booth equipment, unless due to the Provider’s negligence. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client’s use of the photo booth services.

5. Liability for Damages or Stolen Equipment

By using the Provider’s photo booth services, the Client agrees to assume full responsibility for any damage to or theft of the equipment during the event. The Client acknowledges liability for repair or replacement costs resulting from intentional or accidental damage, misuse, or negligence by guests or participants. Unique Measures Photo Booth is not responsible for injuries or accidents due to misuse of the equipment. The Client agrees to take reasonable precautions to ensure the equipment’s safety and security while in their possession.

6. Miscellaneous

Any modifications or amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement is governed by the laws of Oklahoma/Tulsa and surrounding areas, with any disputes resolved by arbitration in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By making payment, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
